What HR sees: which teams ran the close.
Six teams, 180 people. How many days each team ran the close, and how many joined on average. Never who. There is nothing here to manage.
Teams
| Team | Declared size | Days run | Sessions a day (avg) | Trend | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Engineering | 64 | 5 of 5 | 41 | Steady | Running |
| Operations | 38 | 4 of 5 | 19 | Steady | Running |
| Sales | 28 | 2 of 5 | 11 | Fading | Fading |
| Customer success | 26 | 5 of 5 | 13 | Steady | Running |
| Finance | 16 | Hidden · under 10 sessions this week | Not shown | ||
| Design | 8 | Hidden · under 10 sessions this week | Not shown | ||
Add a team and type its size: the invoice updates (₹1,499 a team; size is only used for the "joined" share). Nothing is saved.

Week 6
4 teams ran the close this week
Finance and Design are not in this email. Both had fewer than 10 people taking part, and the next-smallest team is hidden with them.
No action needed. Sales ran it 2 of 5 days, down from 5 in week 3; the Sales lead gets the same note.
Six weeks
- Week 122of 30 team-days
- Week 226of 30
- Week 325of 30 · Sales 5/5
- Week 423of 30
- Week 524of 30
- Week 621of 30 · Sales 2/5
What this screen will not do. It will not show you a person, a team under 10 taking part, a manager's breakdown, or a health outcome. Those are not missing features — the first two are the product, and the third does not exist.

What week 6 adds
The weekly line answers "is the close still running". The week-6 report answers what Finance asks: did teams keep it up, what did it cost, and should we continue.
What it contains
- Targets agreed in week 0 — and whether they were met, in those words.
- Days run and average joined per team, with the under-10 rule applied.
- The one number a finance team will ask for: cost per team-day run.
- A recommendation that can say stop, and the reasons it would.
- A box headed what this report cannot tell you — no health outcome, no individual, no benchmark, because there are no other customers yet.
Sample figures. The company is made up and labelled as such on every page.
