The terms, in plain language.

These cover this website, the close, and a pilot. They are short because the product is small. A signed pilot agreement overrides them.

Who you are dealing with

Viraam is run by Rupak Ghanpathi, an individual in India. It is an early-stage product; there is no registered company name or published postal address yet. Contact: rupakr2g@gmail.com.

Using the site

You may read the site, try the demo, and share links with your team. Do not attack the site, scrape it at volume, copy it as your own, or use it to break the law.

The demo is free and needs no account. It may change or stop without notice.

Health and safety

Viraam is a general movement break, not medical care, treatment, rehabilitation, or diagnosis. It does not replace a clinician.

Use your judgement. Stop if anything hurts, and seek medical advice for the red flags on the safety page. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, or have an ongoing condition, check with a clinician first.

You use the movements at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Viraam is not liable for an injury that follows from ignoring pain, a red flag, or clinical advice.

Pilots and payment

  • The first six team pilots are free for six weeks. There is no setup fee and no automatic renewal.
  • After a pilot, the price is ₹1,499 per team per month, GST extra. Billed monthly.
  • Either side can stop with 15 days' written notice. Fees already billed are not refunded for a partial month unless we agree otherwise.
  • A signed pilot agreement and DPA set the final terms for your pilot and override this page.

There are no customers yet. The pilot is the first paid step, and only after it has run.

Data

During a pilot, your company is the data fiduciary and Viraam is the processor. The DPA summary sets out scope, subprocessors, retention, and deletion. The site privacy notice covers this website.

Content

The site, the app, the copy, and the four moves are Viraam's. You may share links and print the pilot pack for your own evaluation. Do not resell them or present them as your own.

Liability

The site and demo are provided as they are. To the extent Indian law allows, Viraam is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, arising from use of the free site or demo.

For a paid pilot, liability is capped at the fees paid in the three months before the claim, unless the law requires otherwise. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.

I may update this page as the product changes. The date at the top is the version. If a change matters to an active pilot, I will email you.

Not yet lawyer-reviewed. This page is a founder's draft, not legal advice. A reviewed version will replace it before any paid contract.
