Start with one team. Expand without a new contract.
The pilot is free for the first six teams. One link, a launch note you can copy, and a Friday email. No setup fee, no annual contract, no implementation project. If it doesn't work, the week-6 report says so and you stop.

What you get
| One link | A team link your people can open in any browser. No app, no account, no install. |
|---|---|
| The launch kit | Three copyable messages — the employee note, a channel line, and a calendar hold. Written for you. |
| Weekly email | Friday, 9:00 IST. Started and finished per team. Teams under 10 hidden. |
| Week-3 check | Fifteen minutes. If the link or the note is the problem, we fix it while there is time. |
| Week-6 report | Use, return, cost, and a recommendation, including “stop” if that is the honest answer. |
| The paper | A DPA before the first link, and the subprocessor list on the security page. |
Sample figures on the report are illustrative, not a customer. There are no customers yet.
What we need from you
- One internal sender. Usually HR or the team lead. One person, one email.
- One team code. A word like
supportorengineering. Not a person's name. - Fifteen minutes at kickoff. And fifteen at week 3 and week 6.
No roster. No HRIS connection. No SSO. No IT ticket. Nothing to install on a laptop or phone.
The six weeks
| When | What happens | Who does what |
|---|---|---|
| Week 0 | Kickoff, 15 minutes. Team code agreed. DPA signed. You send the note and the link. | You: one sender. Me: link, note, DPA. |
| Weeks 1–5 | People use it if they want. The Friday email goes to you. No follow-up to employees, ever. | You: forward the note once. Me: the weekly email. |
| Week 3 | Check-in. Starts and finishes only. We change the note or the timing if needed. | You: 15 minutes. Me: a short note on what to change. |
| Week 6 | Written report: use, return, cost, recommendation. Then you decide. | You: 15 minutes to read it. Me: the one-page report. |
There is no automatic renewal. If you do nothing at week 6, the pilot ends and the counts are deleted.
What you send
Most pilots don't fail on the product. They fail on the message that never got sent, or the version of it that sounded like a compliance notice. So this is already written. Copy it, put your team's name in it, send it.
1 · The employee note
Hi all — we're trying something small for the next six weeks.
It's a two-and-a-half minute seated movement break you can take between calls. No app, no sign-up, no account. Nothing is recorded about you, and nobody sees who used it.
Here's the link: [team link]
If you'd rather not, that's completely fine. Nothing happens, and nobody is told.
2 · The line for a channel
2½ minutes between calls, seated, no app: [team link] — optional, skip any day.
3 · The calendar hold
Sukoon — 2½-minute break
Recurring, Tuesday and Thursday, 15:00, 5 minutes.
A 2½-minute desk break. Optional. Open the link and press start: [team link]
The employee note is the single thing that decides whether anyone opens the link, which is why it is here rather than buried in a kickoff deck. Why the note is worded this way →
Three ways this pilot fails
| If this happens | What we do |
|---|---|
| Under 30% try it by week 2 | We change the launch message and timing at the week-3 check-in. If it's still low, we stop and the report says why. |
| People try it once and don't come back | We look at reminder opt-ins and the time of day, and move the break into a team meeting. |
| Someone reports pain and it isn't handled | The pilot pauses until we've reviewed it. Safety beats every target. |
Price after the pilot
Per person, per month. GST extra, billed monthly, fifteen days' notice to stop. No setup fee, no annual lock-in, and no charge for the pilot itself.
| Company | Teams | Seats | Rate | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A 40-person startup | 2 | 40 | ₹120 | ₹4,800 |
| A 120-person company | 4 | 120 | ₹90 | ₹10,800 |
| A 250-person company | 6 | 250 | ₹60 | ₹15,000 |
GST at 18% is added on the invoice. Under 40 people? Ask — the price is a conversation, not a formula.
For finance and IT
The things a procurement process asks for, answered in the order they usually come up. Where the answer is no, it says no.
| Invoice | GST invoice, monthly, in the company's name with GSTIN. Paid by bank transfer or UPI. |
|---|---|
| Purchase order | Accepted. Send the PO number and it goes on the invoice. |
| Contract | Monthly terms plus a DPA before the first link. No annual commitment. No lawyer-reviewed MSA yet — if your process requires one, that is a real reason to wait. |
| Seats | Change them any month, up or down. Billed on the seats at the start of the month. |
| Renewal | None automatic. If you do nothing, it stops and the counts are deleted. |
| Exit | Fifteen days' notice, deletion within 30 days, written confirmation. No export of individual records, because there are none. |
| DPDP | No employee personal data is collected or stored, so there is no employee record to protect, export or delete under the DPDP Act. There is nothing to hand a DPO. |
| Security contact | rupakr2g@gmail.com, reply within two working days. Every certification we do not have is listed on the status page. |
The honest procurement answer. This is a pilot-stage product run by one person in India. There is no SOC 2, no ISO 27001, no penetration test, and no registered company name yet. If your process cannot proceed without those, this is the wrong stage to buy — and the status page will tell you so before you ask.
The internal memo
If you have to convince someone above you, this is the whole case in one block. Copy it into an email and change the numbers.
Paste-ready
What it is. A 2½-minute desk break, delivered as a link. No app, no download, no accounts, and no employee data collected.
What it costs. Free for the first six teams. After that, [rate] per person per month, GST extra, monthly, cancellable with fifteen days' notice. For [seats] seats that is about [monthly] a month.
What we get. A weekly footer-sized report — how many people started and finished, per team — and a written review at week 6 with a recommendation.
What it cannot do. It does not measure health, pain, or productivity, and it will not tell us which individual is struggling. Claims to the contrary are not from this product.
If it fails. The week-6 report says so, and we stop. There is no annual contract to unwind.
The pilot pack
Forward this to your boss, legal, and IT. Each page is dated and written to be read without a call.
Questions
Do employees need to install anything?
No. It opens in a browser from one link. No app, no account, no password.
Does it connect to Slack or Teams?
Not in the pilot. People can make their own Slack reminder or add a calendar reminder; the app gives them the text. Sukoon does not read any workspace.
What does IT have to do?
Nothing. It is a normal HTTPS site. No agent, no extension, no firewall change. Your security team can read the subprocessor list.
Is this medical care or rehab?
No. It is a general movement break. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a clinician. Read safety and limits.
What if someone is in pain?
The app stops and tells them to rest and seek advice if needed. That stop is never counted and never reported to you.
What happens to the data if we stop?
It is deleted on request, within 30 days, with written confirmation. The counts are team totals, not employee records.
Does it understand everything people type?
Out of the box, Sukoon runs on fixed rules with no AI: about 900 words and phrases across English, Hinglish, Hindi and Marathi, covering how people feel, pain and emergencies, and changes mid-session. Anything it doesn't recognise gets a clear reply, never silence. If your company wants it to understand any sentence, an AI layer (such as Claude) can be switched on with your own API key and a written opt-in. Safety stays on fixed rules either way; a model never decides whether someone is safe. How AI is handled
Who else is using it?
No one yet. Six teams get the first six weeks free. You would be early, and I will say so on the call.

No booking link yet; email is the honest version. If you would rather send your legal team the DPA first, ask and I will send the current draft.
